About the Position
This Night Shift Nurse Practitioner role offers a unique opportunity to provide direct patient care and oversight during evening hours. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate on-site responses to incidents and support the Director of Nursing with various staffing and educational activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse job description
- Oversee the provision of care during assigned shifts
- Serve as a resource to direct care staff
- Coordinate on-site responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events
- Support the DON with hiring, orientation, staffing, staff education, performance improvement, and other activities as assigned
Benefits

* A salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A graduate degree from an accredited RN program
