Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a top-rated healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to provide exceptional patient care and support to cardiologists, radiologists, and registered nurses in the Interventional Radiology Lab.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow established procedures to provide technical support for procedures performed in the Interventional Radiology Lab.
  • Integrate education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to execute safe and precise treatment under the supervision of a cardiologist.
  • Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their families, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety in delivering optimal patient care.
  • Mentor and train students as needed.
Requirements:
  • RCIS or ARRT – Radiology certification.
  • BLA (AHA) certification.
  • ACLS certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an IR Tech.
Work Schedule:

4 x 10 days, Monday to Friday, with rotating nights and weekend calls.

Tact Medical Staffing offers a competitive pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
