Teller Floater

Sound Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller Floater / Member Service Representative to support our branches in the North Tacoma & Gig Harbor region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling financial transactions, and promoting our products and services.

• Perform routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with members, promoting our products and services to meet their financial needs.
• Collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive branch environment.

• One year of experience in a customer service position, with cash handling and retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to flexibly travel between branches, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills.

• A competitive salary range of $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and salary increases.
