Job Overview

Midas Alaska is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to and consulting with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections and provide comprehensive recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
  • Build and source parts, and deliver pricing estimates to customers while promoting shop service specials.
  • Assist the Shop Manager in ensuring accurate estimates and proper use of parts and labor codes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop Manager.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of point-of-sale experience.
  • Some general automotive knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service disposition.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays.
  • Valid driver's license.
