Mobility Equipment Specialist

Scootaround Inc is seeking a highly skilled Mobility Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling repair cases for veterans in need. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to effectively manage these cases from start to finish.
In this role, you will work closely with technicians, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely solutions for claim resolution. You will also prioritize inquiries in a timely and solution-oriented manner, accurately document intake details, and prepare work and purchase orders as needed.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of three years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance claims environment. Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are an asset. If you have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities, we encourage you to apply.
Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career growth.
