Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy, where our mission is to enhance the lives of students through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver both direct and indirect therapeutic services to students experiencing speech challenges.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 students, with support from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
  • Address the needs of students who may also present with additional intellectual, physical, or behavioral challenges.
Location:

Position available in a vibrant educational environment.

Target Age Group:

Elementary and Middle School students.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active SLP-CCC license.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an educational setting.
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Experience working with students with diverse physical, mental, or emotional challenges is advantageous.
Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $50 to $70, based on experience, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, compensated on a weekly basis.
