Bellhelp Associate

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bellhelp Associate to join our team at The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort Waikiki. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. Your primary responsibility will be to provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and assisting with luggage transportation.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
• Identify and explain room features to guests, including use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safe.
• Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience is necessary, but we do look for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
