CMM Programmers will be engaged in full-time day shifts, with compensation expected to range from $25 to $35/hour depending on individual qualifications and experience. Ideal candidates for the CMM Programmer position will have most, if not all, of the following qualifications:

  • Proficient in CMM setup and programming utilizing Zeiss Calypso software.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, blueprint interpretation, and GD&T.
  • Familiarity with CNC machining processes and metalworking is a significant advantage.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas will be considered).
  • Ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
