Job Summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Work accurately with lengthy part numbers and maintain neat and well-organized work areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations

Requirements

1 year of relevant work experience
18 years of age or older
Ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers and maintain neat and well-organized work areas
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work at heights of 25 feet
Basic computer/RF scanner experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, hear, taste, and/or smell
The employee must occasionally lift products weighing up to approximately 80 pounds
Handling of tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 70 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Protective Equipment Required

Steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline)

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants prevalent
