The CDL Driver I role involves delivering materials to job sites, inspecting and maintaining trucks, reporting shortages and claims to supervisors, and assisting with loading and storing materials.

• Safety First: Operate vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Team Player: Participate in a positive work environment.
• Licensing Requirements: Maintain a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License as required.
• Log Keeping: Prepare DOT required logs of time on duty and driving.
• Load Organization: Organize and secure loads.
• Loading Assistance: Assist forklift operators when loading.
• Order Verification: Check orders for accuracy.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver and unload materials to customers' satisfaction.
• Maintenance Checks: Complete daily equipment pre-inspections.
• Return Merchandise: Record all merchandise that is returned by truck.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follow guidelines established by the Department of Transportation.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service.
• Communication: Relay messages sent by customers while on the job.
• Support and Collaboration: Assist supervisors, other employees, and other work areas as assigned.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 6 months CDL experience preferred.
• BASIC Qualifications: BASIC CDL experience with flat beds and/or tractor trailers required.
• Interstate Commerce: 1 year CDL experience required for interstate commerce.

• CDL Licenses: Class A CDL License or Class B CDL License required.
• Boom Crane Certification: For Boom Crane CDL Driver positions - a Certified Drill Rig Operator-NCCCO Boom Certification preferred.
