About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring the quality maintenance standards set by the company are met. As a Maintenance Technician at Ivie Lane, you will work closely with the Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations to achieve this goal.

**Responsibilities Include:**
  • Handling service requests for repairs and improvements of rental units, landscaping, and maintenance of common areas.
  • Managing routine and emergency maintenance repairs, including fixing machinery or equipment, plumbing, cooling & heating, wiring & electrical work, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, lawn care and maintenance.
  • Evaluating and scheduling significant repairs.
  • Performing property inspections.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working with your hands, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one to five years of hands-on maintenance experience. Having own tools and own insurance is a plus.
