Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our rehabilitation staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our rehabilitation department, ensuring that we are operating within budget and meeting our financial goals.
  • Clinical Operations: Ensure that our rehabilitation department is operating in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A graduate degree in a related field (e.g. occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Licensure and Certification: Current licensure and certification in the state of practice as required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
