Position Overview
As a Retail Associate at H&M, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience. This position, also known internally as a Sales Advisor, focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving store performance. You will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere and sharing your knowledge of fashion and products with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage customers on the sales floor to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including folding, hanging, and displaying merchandise according to H&M standards.
- Assist with the unloading and unpacking of merchandise deliveries, ensuring items are labeled appropriately.
- Restock and replenish items on the sales floor and in the stockroom as needed.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, ensuring all customer purchases are handled efficiently.
- Promote the H&M Loyalty program to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and positive work environment.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Follow established procedures for store operations and administrative tasks.
