Painter Apprentice

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Painter Apprentice to join our team at P M Leach Painting Co. As a key member of our crew, you will assist experienced painters in completing various painting projects, while learning the skills and techniques necessary to become a skilled painter.

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced painters in completing painting projects, including preparation, application, and finishing work.
• Learn and apply safety protocols and best practices in the painting industry.
• Develop skills in painting techniques, including brushwork, rollerwork, and color matching.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proof of identification (e.g., driver's license, social security card).
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
