About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Woongjin, Inc. as we continue to grow and expand our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop solutions to complex problems using cutting-edge technologies like React, JavaScript, Vue, HTML5, CSS3 on the frontend and Express on the backend.
  • Work end-to-end on micro-services and Single-Page Applications (SPAs) built on the latest technologies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team, product team, data analysis team, and other internal and external teams to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce platform's microservices and be able to come up with innovative solutions that span across multiple services.
  • Manage interactions with internal and external partner teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Teach and mentor junior developers, helping them to produce high-quality code and develop their skills.
  • Share technical knowledge and best practices across teams, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on one or more technologies within the organization, driving technical excellence and innovation.
  • Set up monitoring dashboards, alerts, and other technical operations-related items for the microservices you own.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in communicating with other technical teams, such as Test and Product, to collect requirements and translate product requirements into technical requirements.
  • Ability to develop high-level designs based on requirements, document them, and explain them to junior team members.
