LPN/LVN Care Professional Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Perform a wide array of nursing tasks, including direct patient care and observation of vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
  • Work with patients having various diagnoses, including stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, joint replacement, fractures, multiple trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions.
  • Assist patients in achieving goals of being discharged and returning to their lifestyles, families, and communities.

Credentials:

  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One or more years of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting preferred.
  • Rehabilitation experience preferred.
