YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical finance expert with extensive knowledge of the media planning and buying sector. Your expertise in financial analysis and budgeting will be crucial in managing intricate financial models, forecasts, and reports that inform strategic decisions. You will excel in a dynamic environment, balancing precision with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will report directly to the Managing Director of Commercial Finance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining financial relationships with multiple clients and supporting finance leads in delivering all financial obligations, including compliance, reconciliations, and profitability assessments.
  • Collaborating with Client Service Teams to ensure financial aspects of client relationships are accurately tracked and communicated.
  • Analyzing and developing forecasts, enhancing data collection processes, and generating actionable insights for the business.
  • Monitoring revenue against budget and investigating variance drivers.
  • Conducting analyses on utilization, overhead, and client profitability.
  • Reviewing client contracts to ensure adherence to financial standards.
  • Managing intercompany and global revenue forecasts.
  • Working with teams to create customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Assisting in the identification of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Providing ad-hoc financial information and analysis as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant finance or accounting qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or Audit.
  • CPA or CMA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in Client Finance and Financial Planning/Accounting within the Media and Advertising sector is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
