Position Title:

Production Assembler
As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication of component parts or the assembly of finished goods in accordance with client specifications.

This position entails ensuring the procurement and maintenance of the necessary component parts and supplies essential for the assembly process.

Compensation Overview:


Salary range between $ $ may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.

Compensation will be determined by various factors including educational qualifications and relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize the workspace for assembly operations.
Assemble components following guidelines and quality benchmarks utilizing hand tools.
Package, label, and secure finished products in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is functional.
Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any discrepancies.
Ensure that materials and completed products meet established standards.
Maintain accurate production logs and engage in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for Success:
High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
No minimum experience required; 6 months of experience in manufacturing and assembly is preferred.
Basic arithmetic skills are necessary.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands:
Light to moderate physical exertion is required.
Must be capable of regularly lifting and/or moving up to 5-15 pounds.
Frequent standing and walking is required.
Repetitive hand use, including simple grasping, controlled grasping, and fine manipulation.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
