Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist/LSSP to join our team at Assessment Intervention Management. As a School Psychologist/LSSP, you will play a critical role in supporting the educational and mental health needs of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) to support students' academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee meetings to contribute to students' educational planning and placement.
  • Utilize and manage testing kits, diagnostic software, and special education management tools to support students' needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and compile reports to ensure compliance with AIM and school/district requirements.
  • Monitor and submit hours through Quickbooks for AIM.
  • Collaborate with other AIM leaders to support the development and implementation of special education programs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Licensed in the state of Texas.
  • Proven experience in child development and psychological assessment for children (0-18 years old).
Competencies
  • Proficient in using test kits, diagnostic software, and special education management tools.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Effective time management and punctuality.
  • Professional email and messaging etiquette.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
