Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school district near Grants Pass, OR. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language services to elementary students throughout the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in delivering therapy services to elementary-aged students.
- Implement treatment plans designed by the SLP to address various speech and language needs.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students' communication development.
- Provide therapy services onsite.
Requirements:
- Valid SLPA license or certification in Oregon.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
