Job Summary

The HUB FinPath Financial Coach plays a critical role in helping employees achieve financial stability and security. This position involves analyzing employees' financial situations, providing guidance on budgeting, reducing debt, and improving credit scores, and supporting employees in achieving their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client meetings to educate and engage employees on financial literacy resources.
  • Recruit and build relationships with employees to achieve strategic performance objectives.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with leadership, employees, and clients by providing proactive, on-site case management and follow-up services.
  • Promote FinPath tools and solutions to eligible employees.
  • Schedule and facilitate workshops on financial literacy topics.
  • Coach individuals by phone, virtual, and in-person.
  • Coordinate and schedule coaching sessions.
  • Maintain client data for impact reporting into the CRM system.
  • Recommend strategies employees and clients can use to achieve their financial goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of work experience related to financial education and consulting preferred.
  • Credit/Personal finance counselor certification preferred.
  • AFC designation preferred.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite.
Work Environment

This position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with occasional early morning, evening, and weekend work as needed.
