We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Social Host to join our team at Staybridge Suites. As a Social Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Concierge Services: Act as a concierge for guests, providing information and recommendations on local attractions and services.
• Guest Services: Assist guests with their needs, ensuring that they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
• Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events and activities in the Social area, ensuring that they are well-organized and executed.
• Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and well-stocked Social area.
• Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Social area, including the dining and work areas.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to think critically and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Teamwork: Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

The Social Host will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and colleagues in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
