About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient General Surgery team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adults hospitalized with a wide range of conditions, including surgeries and trauma.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
  • Experience in inpatient general surgery or a related field.
