Dishwasher (PT)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Capital Canyon Club, a premier golf resort managed by Troon Golf. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-maintained, and organized at all times.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and protocols.
• Collect and remove trash from all areas, including waste bin areas.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as directed, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and emptying bins and boxes.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment used in the kitchen.
• Check chemical levels and inventory, and report any maintenance or hazard issues to the manager.
• Assist with light food preparation as directed by the manager.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
