Job Overview: As a Per Diem Home Infusion Registered Nurse with Accredo, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will work closely with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to ensure patients receive the best possible care and support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer IV infusion medications to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements and Expectations:
- Active RN license in the state where you'll be working and living
- 3+ years of RN experience, preferably in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
