Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team at Emerald Crest of Shakopee. As an On-Call Caregiver, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living and personal care, including bathing, grooming, and medication administration.
  • Aide in programming and activities with residents, promoting engagement and socialization.
  • Monitor the safety and well-being of our clients, responding promptly to their needs.
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Perform other duties as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Attendant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred, but not required for day or evening shifts - We will train you
  • A passion for geriatric care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, family members, and visitors.
  • Good customer service instincts and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of others.
