Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Operations Supervisor, you will:

  • Promote safety metrics and key performance indicators related to service efficiency.
  • Oversee driver performance to balance business objectives with driver needs.
  • Utilize High Performance Coaching techniques to guide drivers on performance expectations.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Maximize profitability through optimal equipment utilization.
  • Foster scenarios that enhance both driver and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sensitive issues and driver disputes with effective communication.
  • Plan driver loads based on availability to ensure timely service.
  • Coordinate with drivers regarding compliance and safety requirements.
  • Utilize operational systems to enhance departmental productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Build trust and credibility with team members through constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in operations, customer service, fleet management, or load planning is preferred. Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong ability to assess organizational dynamics and manage change.
  • Efficient problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Effective communication across various platforms.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations is advantageous.

Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based.
