We are seeking a skilled Property Claims Expert to join our team at Property Claim Professionals. As a claims expert, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving property claims for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in first-party commercial and/or residential property and liability adjusting. You will be responsible for handling large losses, catastrophe claims, business interruption, and daily property claims, as well as conducting investigations, task assignments, and property damage appraisals.
A strong understanding of property and liability insurance coverage and industry standards is essential for this role. You will need to prepare detailed reports, collect and summarize information, and provide thorough analysis of coverage and any coverage issues. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records and adhere to established best practices.
