Job Summary

As a Courier/Non-DOT Delivery Driver with FedEx, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provide related customer service functions
  • Drive vehicles not regulated by section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to lift 50 Lbs. and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
  • Good human relations and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
  • Neat appearance since customer contact is required
Pay Transparency

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Additional Details

This is a non-covered safety sensitive position. The work schedule is Monday-Saturday, 7:15 AM-5:00 PM.
