Role: Arizona Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and ensure the effectiveness of behavioral programs.
  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations.
  • Plan, oversee, and assess the efforts of assigned staff to meet the objectives outlined in the client's IEP/IFSP.
  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians.
  • Deliver direct services to clients and their families when appropriate.
  • Implement program curricula effectively.
  • Manage and analyze data related to client progress.
  • Maintain daily records and report on client status.
  • Prepare annual reports on program effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  • Valid BCBA License
  • Arizona LBA Certification
  • Experience with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges
  • Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments
  • Proficient in writing positive behavior support plans
  • Must have a vehicle for travel between assignments and a valid driver's license.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism.
