Dish Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dish Attendant to join our team at Dog House LLC.

• Operates cash register to accept payment for merchandise or services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
• Cleans and restocks as needed, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Works days Monday through Friday, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression of our establishment.
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits, processing transactions quickly and accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers, resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout area, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
