Anesthesiology Vice Chief Physician

HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiologist to join our leadership team as Vice Chief. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with our Facility Medical Director and APP leadership to drive excellence in patient care and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Assure the highest standards of healthcare delivery and outcomes
- Maintain an environment that supports employee satisfaction and retention
- Represent the Anesthesia department as a true, collaborative partner within the organization
- Anesthesia Care Team model with 10 Anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs covering 12 ORs
- Supervision of CRNAs 1:4
- 24/7 coverage with in-house CRNAs
- Diverse mix of highly complex cases including Trauma, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, and Bariatric
- Average surgical volume of 9000 cases annually
- Block proficiency required
- Excellent compensation including Vice Chief Leadership Stipend
- Annual Trauma and Geographic stipend
- $50K Start Date Bonus and Relocation assistance available
- Additional compensation for picking up extra shifts
- 10 weeks PTO and $5K CME annually
