About the Role

Mirabella Portland, a premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents and guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or Utility Lead in maintaining a clean and organized dishroom environment.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies, as needed.
