About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Public Area Attendant to join our team at Europa Village Winery and Resort.

Role Summary: As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our property, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the property, including common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Follow a daily checklist to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Provide responsive and courteous service to guests, addressing their requests and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Drive the company truck and pull a trailer as needed.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with driving company vehicles.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $18.00 - $18.00 per hour salary.
