Job Opportunity

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans

Requirements:

  • Current RN/LVN license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
