Key Responsibilities

  • Host open houses to publicize agency listings and attract prospective clients.
  • Oversee all aspects of the transaction process, from listing to closing, to deliver a smooth experience.
  • Leverage local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer queries about potential homes, comparable properties, and the neighborhood.
