  • Participate in planning meetings, estimate content translation timelines, and provide status updates on progress.
  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, correct grammar, consistency, and style guidelines for written copy.

Requirements

  • A bilingual English and Spanish language speaker (fluent in both written and verbal communications).
  • Flexibility and adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and shifting priorities is crucial, given the past-paced nature of our work and industry, and can thrive with autonomy.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Creative Writing, or related field OR 3+ years' experience in UX writing or copywriting.
  • Portfolio of writing samples and style guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience writing UX content, with expertise in crafting strong calls to action, or an eagerness to learn about UX.
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Incredibly detail-oriented but can also think of the big picture and strategy.
  • Experience using Figma.
  • Understanding how content can make or break the user experience.
  • Previous experience working in the gig industry.
