Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide patient-centered rooming for diverse clinic visits.
2. Communicate essential medical information and results to both patients and healthcare providers.
3. Assist in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
4. Support additional duties such as stocking examination rooms, aiding in in-clinic procedures, completing necessary patient documentation, and preparing patient charts for future appointments.
Patient Care Support:
Engage with the patient care team to facilitate treatment and care in alignment with established policies and procedures. This includes:
- Upholding quality patient care standards.
- Implementing patient safety measures and practices.
- Embracing Family Centered Care principles during interactions with patients, their families, and colleagues.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 80 hours every two weeks, with shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting pay is $16.73 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, paid time off, retirement plans, and additional perks such as employee discounts at local establishments.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a nursing assistant training program or relevant experience as a Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Assistant, or Health/Hospice Aide.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider certification is required.
