Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of hemodialysis patients.
- Coordinate patient care, including delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff.
- Analyze patient data and adjust or modify treatment plans as needed.
- Provide ongoing education to patients and their families.
- Administer medications as prescribed or in accordance with approved algorithms.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- CPR BLS Certification.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a dialysis setting.

Salary$83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
