Job Description:

The primary responsibility of a Housekeeping Professional is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel.

This includes daily servicing of guest rooms, restocking carts with necessary supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities.

In addition to these responsibilities, this role may involve conducting deep cleaning activities within the guest room, including changing air filters, cleaning coils, and touching up paint on walls and molding.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
