Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers across the Americas platform to identify and pursue acquisition-related financing opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of acquisition opportunities and financial metrics to inform credit evaluation and advise on acquisition structure and process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to position MUFG as a top-tier financial institution.
  • Support the development and enhancement of client relationships in partnership with Relationship Managers.
  • Assist in generating inbound event-driven financing opportunities and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate corporate and sponsor-related financing transactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong background in M&A structuring, valuation, and financing analysis.
  • Series 7/79, 63, 24 licenses.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, postgraduate.

MUFG Bank, Ltd. offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $187k - $237k, discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
