We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our Inpatient Nutrition Services team at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing expert nutrition care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition care plans for patients with complex medical needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless integration of nutrition services into patient care plans.
- Provide medical nutrition therapy and professional nutrition counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based nutrition practices and guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Foods and Nutrition, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Master's degree in Dietetics or related field (required for those entering the workforce after 1/1/2024).
- Completion of a Didactic Program in Dietetics and Dietetic Internship or Coordinated Program in Dietetics accredited by ACEND.
- National CDR Registered Dietitian certification.
- Oregon Dietitian License and state-specific licenses as required.
