Job Summary

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning. This role requires a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies, as well as the ability to assure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the oversight of housekeeping operations, including public areas and night cleaning
  • Ensure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping strategies to improve guest satisfaction and reduce costs
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyze housekeeping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
  • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and ability to improve the bottom line
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Open availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

The budgeted range for this position is $56,300 - $67,400. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
