About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Inventory Supervisor to join our Enterprise Network Services team at Ampcus. This position will report directly to the Vice President overseeing our project management office and service delivery for network services.
The individual in this role will manage daily inbound logistics, oversee inventory management, and conduct functional assessments of infrastructure equipment acquired for the network services division.
The Logistics Inventory Supervisor will oversee inventory across numerous warehouse and data center locations (20), in addition to managing 3rd party warehouse and integration facilities (4). This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy of real-time inventory data, engaging with various vendor portals and public/private databases.About You

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound logistics, inventory management, and inventory analysis
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory, accurate status updates, identification and resolution of errors within systems and reports, as well as addressing discrepancies within vendor-hosted systems
- Supervise the successful execution and accurate system updates of all inventory transactions, both internally and with 3rd party vendors
- Direct and manage inventory workflow to guarantee exceptional client service is provided to each customer through effective planning and scheduling
- Generate business insights based on inventory analysis and communicate key findings to management
- Conduct inventory analysis, including calculations, trends, and metrics. Provide recommendations for inventory adjustments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop metrics, reporting outputs, and inventory assessments
- Reconcile inventory and stock levels (spares) and identify shortages to ensure adequate stock availability (e.g., optics and power supplies)
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding hardware delivery statuses.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills, capable of managing conflict situations, resolving issues, and multitasking
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business process skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint presentations and Word document updates)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, functions, and pivot tables)
- Familiarity with Service Now and JIRA tools
- Understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Solid experience with SharePoint is required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years in an inventory management role within Supply Chain, preferably in the IT/Technology sector and/or with a Technology Hardware Manufacturer or reseller
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
