The dedicated professionals at 1 Hotel South Beach play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and property. Our Engineering team is responsible for the upkeep and repair of the hotel and its surroundings. They tackle daily maintenance tasks, ranging from HVAC troubleshooting to drywall repairs. Essentially, our engineers are the backbone of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are currently looking for a friendly and dependable Engineer III (Overnight) to oversee the PM Shift and maintain seamless operations behind the scenes. When interacting with guests, it is essential to be accommodating, patient, and warm while addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.

Key to Success: Adaptability, quick thinking, and collaboration are vital in this position.
Qualifications:- Enthusiastic about hospitality, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

- Proven experience in engineering, a team-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to adapt to the demands of a 24-hour operation.
