We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment at Carle Foundation Hospital.
- Deliver exceptional patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, midlevel provider or physician, guided by provider orders and the nursing plan of care within the LPN scope of practice.
- Monitor patient response to care and report to registered nurses or other providers for evaluation, intervention and modification of the plan of care.
- Ensure accurate documentation of care to maintain high-quality patient records.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assumes responsibilities for direct nursing care of assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or other provider in patient care departments.
As a LPN, you will provide nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the LPN scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing.
