Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and manage operations to meet or exceed annual budget targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team.
  • Manage sales, operations, and financial aspects of the branch, ensuring effective usage of sales and recruiting pipelines and financial reports.
  • Foster new and existing client relationships to increase branch profitability.
  • Address client concerns and deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and clients.
Requirements
  • Management and/or recruiting experience in a staffing firm environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, accounts receivable, collections, and financial reports.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of verifiable related experience.
