Role Overview:
Our Termite Control Technicians play a crucial front-line role, embodying the essence of our service. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service through Terminix products to our valued clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
Equipped with a company vehicle and comprehensive industry training, our Termite Technicians visit residential clients to perform requested termite treatments. Key tasks include:
- Ensuring job specifications align with each work order
- Preparing job sites for treatment
- Applying anti-termite treatments according to safety protocols and label instructions
- Engaging with customers to explain the services rendered
- Completing production forms to document services provided
Qualifications for Success:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. While prior industry experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. More importantly, candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer interaction
- Self-motivation and a robust work ethic
- Ability to effectively communicate information to customers individually and in small groups
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- A basic aptitude for math to perform service-related calculations
Given the nature of our work, comfort with outdoor environments and confined spaces is essential. For safety reasons, candidates should be aware that facial hair may not be permitted.

Position Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred, with customer-facing experience being advantageous.
Skills and Attributes:
Demonstrated attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, willingness to learn about pest control, and comfort with self-directed work after training.
Base Pay Range:
$21.83 per hour. Additional monetary compensation may be available for colleagues who have completed training, including overtime, incentives, and commission pay.
