Lourdes Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely and effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- BSN degree or demonstrated progress toward obtaining degree.
- Minimum three years' hospital Emergency Room experience required.
- Registration and current RN license in Washington State required.
- Current AHA BLS required.
- Must have/obtain a current ACLS and PALS within three months of hire date.
- Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.
- Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
- Competitive salary range: $65.70.
- Sign-on bonus with experience: $15,000 for RNs with 1-3 years of experience, $20,000 for RNs with 3+ years of experience.
