Culinary Server

Position: Culinary Server (Multiple Schedules)

Overview:

Join our esteemed Senior Living Community, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. We are in search of a Culinary Server who is passionate about working with older adults and is eager to contribute to a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Server, you will:

1. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the dining area.
2. Ensure food quality, presentation, and appearance meet our community's standards.
3. Uphold dining room aesthetics and presentation protocols consistently.
4. Deliver service with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
5. Set tables and keep workstations orderly, taking orders and providing requested items with grace and courtesy.
6. Answer questions regarding menu offerings and assist residents with their dining needs.
7. Clear tables during and after meals, assist with dishwashing, and reset tables for the next service.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A minimum of a sophomore year completion in high school.
• Preferred experience in food service roles.
• Preferred experience working with senior populations.
